This time of year calls for reflection and faith...to slowly make our way through the dark days and proceed forward with wisdom and courage, when the light shines once more.
Surrounded by a natural altar, we will gather to reflect on what has been unearthed in our lives over the past six months; we will contemplate and discuss how we will respect ourselves and our bodies throughout the season; we will celebrate Mother Nature with candlelight Kirtan and offer our blessings to the natural world that sustains us.
Take home a piece of the altar to adorn your home! Gathering is donation-based.

RELAX, RESTORE, RECONNECT
Join Sue for a soothing and nourishing practice, where the body is fully supported by blankets, blocks and other props, allowing the body to release tension and renew the nervous system.
The practice will include hands on assists to gently guide you into the poses, soothing music, optional aromatherapy, pranayama (breath work) as well as guided meditation to leave you relaxed, restored and balanced.
No experience is necessary, all levels welcome.
Space is limited to ten participants.
