Downward Facing Dog appears in nearly every yoga class, perhaps dozens of times in one class. Do you love the pose? Hate it? Does it hurt? Could you stay there for hours? This workshop will break down the fundamental body movements in Down Dog, aiming to find ease and comfort while building strength. We'll play with different props to feel different aspects of Down Dog. Join us!
What to expect:
Lynn will break down the movement of your hips and shoulders, provide guidance on how to use your legs and how to engage your arm muscles.
