During this 4-week session, we will explore anatomy as it relates to the sciatic nerve and look at patterns related to sciatic nerve pain.
Melanie will guide you through simple, but effective poses to provide sciatic relief.
Sciatic pain typically radiates from your lower back, across your hips and backside, down the back of each leg.
Sciatica is a very common and painful problem that can range from tingling and numbness to shooting pain down the hip, entire leg and foot.
Left untreated sciatica can significantly restrict our movement and prevent us from living our lives to the fullest.
Attending this series, you will:
- Learn new ways to alleviate pain and tension in your sciatic area
- Gain the knowledge and confidence to continue your practice at home
- Understand the anatomy of your lower body and how it greatly affects your muscles and movement
- Feel comfortable in your body!
Prior yoga experience is not required.
