Our studio is equipped with a vast amount of Yoga props and chairs. The space can accommodate up to 16 people for a movement based class/workshop and up to 25 for lecture based workshops.
Trying yoga for the first time can be scary and actually create anxiety, rather than reducing it. If you're nervous to try yoga in a class setting, consider a private session to ease you in, learn the basics, and build confidence so that you can tackle a class with gusto!
If you have chronic pain or an injury that you are working through, personal instruction can help you gain an understanding of your body and how/why your injury has surfaced, build strength exactly where you need it and get poses tailored for your body to help you heal!
If you're looking to deepen your spiritual practice or tackle a new pose, private or semi-private instruction can teach you new and different techniques, help you work through obstacles showing up in your body and bring more focus and discipline to help you accomplish your goals!
