What I love most about yoga is...The way it makes me feel, the places it takes me. It helps me to create space in my body and peace in my mind.
My favorite pose is...Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle).
On a Friday night you'll find me...hanging out with family and friends or just relaxing after a long week.
My personal mantra is...is...Forget the day’s
troubles, remember the day’s blessings.
Best guilty pleasure – gelato.
I bet you didn't know...I drove to Texas & California and back with a friend when I was 17 years old. Also, my sister & I had our babies on the same day.
I long to...visit Sedona AZ, exploring the beauty and energy of the area. My ideal trip would look something like this...Hike the trail to the Boyton Canyon Vortex just after dawn, (hopefully catch a yoga class in the vortex), horseback ride through the desert, make a stop at Cathedral Rock, Peace Park and end the trip with a visit to the Grand
