45 minute yoga classes aimed at a specific energetic or physical intention. Please have a couple of blankets.
Meditation / Pranayama
20 minute practice to create a calming effect to carry you through your day. Sit in a chair or have props to elevate your hips on the floor.
20 minute relaxation practice -- lying down! It's similar to guided meditation, but aimed at getting you to a place in between being awake and asleep. It'll feel like a nap!
