What I love most about yoga is...How good I feel after class. I feel good physically, but I'm also more calm and I've let go of the crazy happenings of the day.
My favorite pose is...Alanasana (high lunge).

Best guilty pleasure - The movie " Young Frankenstein"...The gags are so stupid, but I laugh every time. In fact, I've seen the movie so often I laugh just before the gag; very irritating to anyone else watching!
I bet you didn't know...One year I rode more than 3000 miles on a tandem bicycle.
I long to....Visit all the national parks. I love to be outside, taking in the landscapes.
A creaky, cranky hip brought Lynn to yoga. Her hip ached, like when you've sat for too long and when she and her husband joined the Y, yoga classes became a part of her workout. After a time, Lynn realized that the more regular the yoga practice, the better the hips!
Lynn is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and has studied with Vishali Varga, Douglas Brooks, Francois Renault and Judith Hanson Lasater and has been teaching since 2006 in the styles of Anusara, Iyengar and Restorative Yoga.
